Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Tours will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour and will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year of the purchase date. They can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to changes in routes, times, and durations, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
