Return and Refund Policy for Canyoning and Rafting Tours
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing our canyoning and rafting tours. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.
2. Booking and Payment
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
- Full Payment: Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the tour date.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- More than 14 days before the tour date: Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 7 to 14 days before the tour date: Customers may cancel their booking and receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refunds will be issued.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- Safety Concerns/Weather Conditions: If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns or unfavorable weather conditions, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Insufficient Participants: If the minimum number of participants is not met and the tour is canceled, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- More than 7 days before the tour date: Customers may reschedule their tour once at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Less than 7 days before the tour date: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the total tour cost will apply.
5. No Shows
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Late Arrivals
Tours will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour and will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
7. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within one year of the purchase date. They can be transferred to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Changes by the Company
We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including but not limited to changes in routes, times, and durations, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Customers will be informed of significant changes in advance and offered alternatives or refunds where applicable.
9. Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your participation in the tour without a refund.
